GHK-Cu reconstitution calculator

Pre-filled for a 50 mg GHK-Cu vial with 5 mL of BAC water: 10,000 mcg/mL, or 100 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe. Change the vial or water to match yours, and add an amount to see the units to draw.

This is a math tool. It converts amounts; it does not tell you what amount to use. GHK-Cu vials sold as research chemicals are not FDA-approved products, and nothing here is medical advice.

How the GHK-Cu math works

A 50 mg vial holds 50,000 mcg of GHK-Cu. Adding 5 mL of bacteriostatic water spreads that over 5 mL, so the solution is 50,000 ÷ 5 = 10,000 mcg per mL. A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 units per mL, so each unit is 0.01 mL and holds 10,000 × 0.01 = 100 mcg.

To turn an amount into units, divide it by the amount per unit. The calculator above does this for you, and warns you when a draw is too small to measure or bigger than the syringe.

GHK-Cu concentration by vial size and water volume

Each cell shows the concentration and how much one U-100 unit holds. The app's reference lists 5 mL for a 50 mg vial; 10 mL for a 100 mg vial.

Before you reconstitute

Check the vial label for the actual amount of peptide, because the calculation depends on it. Use an insulin syringe marked U-100 so that 100 units equal 1 mL, and write down how much water you added so the concentration is known later.

For what GHK-Cu is, how it is thought to work and what the research shows, see the GHK-Cu reference page. For how its evidence compares with other peptides, see the peptide tier list.

Frequently asked questions

How much BAC water goes in a 50 mg GHK-Cu vial?

The reconstitution reference in the PeptidesAI app lists 5 mL for a 50 mg vial, which makes 10,000 mcg/mL. The water volume is a choice, not a fixed rule: more water makes a weaker solution and larger draws, and the total amount of peptide in the vial stays the same.

How much is one unit of GHK-Cu on an insulin syringe?

It depends on the concentration. A 50 mg vial with 5 mL of water is 10,000 mcg/mL, so one unit on a U-100 syringe (0.01 mL) holds 100 mcg. The table on this page shows other vial and water combinations.

What vial sizes does GHK-Cu come in?

The PeptidesAI app lists 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg vials for GHK-Cu. Use the calculator's vial field for any other size.

Does this calculator tell me how much to use?

No. It converts an amount you already have into syringe units and millilitres. It does not suggest an amount, and nothing on this page is medical advice.
