The compound references and comparisons on this site are educational summaries. They describe what a compound is, how it is thought to work, what kind of evidence exists, its regulatory status and its reported side effects. They are not medical advice and they do not recommend any compound.
What we never publish
We do not publish doses, protocols, cycles, schedules or injection advice, and we do not publish personal anecdotes or claims about results. We do not rank compounds or say one is better than another. The only numbers on these pages are published trial results, attributed to the trial, and reconstitution arithmetic, which is computed from vial size and water volume.
Where the facts come from
Each page starts from the compound entry in the PeptidesAI app and is checked against primary sources, in this order of preference: FDA prescribing information and regulatory documents, peer-reviewed human trials, systematic reviews, and then laboratory or animal studies. Every source is labeled with its type, so it is clear when a statement rests on animal or lab research rather than human trials.
How citations are checked
Every PubMed citation is matched against PubMed's own record for its title, first author and year before it is published, and each one is attached to the specific statement it supports. When a source contradicts something on a page, the page is corrected rather than the source dropped. In September 2026 this review corrected several statements, including a liver-fat figure for retatrutide, the trial phase described for cagrilintide, and the regulatory status described for AOD-9604 and thymosin alpha-1.
