The short version
Both apps track peptide doses, reminders and injection sites, and both include a reconstitution calculator. They differ in emphasis. PeptIQ adds wellness trends for weight, sleep, mood and energy, and supports older iPhones. PeptidesAI puts the calculator and a 70-compound research reference at the centre, remembers each vial's concentration, and is available in Spanish.

Where PeptidesAI is different
Evidence-first reference. The app's encyclopedia covers 70 compounds, and the web versions of those entries list their sources. Our peptide tier list ranks compounds by how much human evidence exists, not by reputation, and links a source for every entry.
The vial remembers the math. Once you save a vial's concentration, every later draw shows the syringe units directly, the log tracks how much is left, and a reminder fires before the vial expires.
Free tools without the app. The reconstitution calculator and per-compound calculators, such as the BPC-157 calculator, work in any browser with no account.
Privacy label. PeptidesAI's App Store privacy label lists no data used to track you. PeptIQ's lists identifiers.
Where PeptIQ may suit you better
Older iPhones. PeptIQ runs on iOS 16.4 and later; PeptidesAI needs iOS 18.
Broader wellness tracking. If you want sleep, mood and energy trends next to your doses, PeptIQ's listing describes those; PeptidesAI tracks weight and progress photos.
More reviews so far. PeptIQ has far more App Store ratings, which tells you more about how other people find it day to day.
Switching from PeptIQ
There is no automatic import, so moving over takes a few minutes per vial. For each active vial, enter the amount on the label and the BAC water you added; PeptidesAI works out the concentration and shows the units for each draw from then on. Set your reminders again, and keep your old app until you have checked a few logged doses against your notes.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good PeptIQ alternative?
Several iPhone apps track peptides, including PeptidesAI, PeptidePal and PepTracker. Which fits depends on what you track: PeptidesAI centres on reconstitution math and a 70-compound reference, while PeptIQ puts more weight on wellness trends such as sleep, mood and energy. Our comparison of peptide tracker apps covers seven apps side by side.
Is PeptidesAI free?
The app is free to download, and using it requires a subscription after onboarding. The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial; a lifetime option is $79.99. The web reconstitution calculator on this site is free and needs no account.
Can I import my data from PeptIQ into PeptidesAI?
No. There is no automatic import between the two apps. Re-enter your active vials with the amount on the label and the water you added, and PeptidesAI recalculates the concentration.
Does PeptidesAI work on Android or older iPhones?
No. PeptidesAI is iPhone-only and needs iOS 18.0 or later. PeptIQ's listing supports iOS 16.4 or later.
Does PeptidesAI tell me how much to take?
No. It converts the amounts you enter into syringe units and logs what you record. It does not recommend doses or protocols, and it is not medical advice.
